  1.  How do I place an order?

There is more than one way to place an order.

Directly in the store

  • Are there bulk prices?

Unfortunately not – it does not matter how many garments you purchase as there is no specific amount required to ordering bulk and prices are the same.

 

  1.  What if I don’t live in Cape Town?

We post your order to the nearest post office to you.

  1.  How long does it take to receive my order?

We require a 1 week period during off peak season and 2 week during peak season. The order will only be posted to you once the final payment has been received.

  1.  What are your courier costs

Starting rates at R100. Based on the size of box, further costs will be advised at time of order.

  1.  What if I need to change an order?

As long as the change is made via email and provided before final payment received, changes can be made.

 

  1.  What kind of material is used to make the garments?

We use viscose, lycra, slinky, single jersey and bonbon.

 

  1.  Can I use my own fabric?

No – unfortunately we only use our own fabric.

 

  1.  Can I bring my own designs to be made?

No – unfortunately not. We have our own patterns and styles. No individual styles are made.

  1.  What sizes do you cater for?

Sizes start at Small and go up to 5XL. Prices vary based on size. You can refer to price list.

  1.  Are there only specific colours?

Colours change all the time. Please verify colours in stock before finalizing order as the colour in the pictures no longer be in stock.
